Do you have a minimum order?
A: Yes we do. Our online items are deeply
discounted and require a minimum order of $25.00
net before freight charges. For items shown in our
complete catalog, there is a $2.50 additional charge
for orders under $25.00. We reserve the right to
limit quantities.
Q:
Do you charge sales tax?
A: EDI is incorporated in New Jersey must collect Sales Tax for all non-exempt shipments in that state. EDI also maintains a shipping facility in California and therefore must also collect CA Sales Tax for shipments into that state. Some entities are Sales Tax Exempt and a signed Sales Tax Exemption Certificate must be on file with us to allow this exemption.

What about credit?
A: EDI Distributors' payment terms to previously
credit approved customers is Net 30 days. You may
apply for credit by printing out our Credit Application
and faxing back to us Click
here for a printer-friendly copy. Approval generally
takes 2-3 business days.
Q: Do you accept credit
cards?
A: Yes, we accept all major credit cards. Click

Q: Is it safe to use my
credit card on your site?
A: EDI Distributors employs the latest encryption
and security software to ensure that your payment
details and credit card information will not be compromised
during transmittal between your computer and our
site.
For your protection,
our site uses a Secure Socket Layer connection during the payment process
which uses sophisticated encryption technology to ensure that your
credit card information will not be compromised during transmittal.
On our Secure Payment Form, you will notice this icon: at
the bottom of your browser window which ensures that the connection
is secure.

Q: What do you do about shipping charges?
A: Because of the large variety of items in
our stock, we cannot quote freight charges with your
online order. Freight charges will be added to your
invoice. Note that there is an additional handling
charge for some long or oversized items such as extension
wands, long lances, and similar items.
Q: How do you ship my order?
A: We generally ship via UPS. Orders received
by 4PM Eastern time are shipped the same day, if
in stock, otherwise allow two days.
Q: What about "Rush" orders?
A: Unless you request otherwise, we ship via
UPS ground service. You can inquire about expected
transit times in the "notes" section of
your order. UPS also offers Next Day, Second Day,
and Third Day shipping options with an additional
charge.
Q: Can you ship C.O.D.?
A: Yes, in most cases we can. As we generally
ship by UPS, there is an additional charge of $9.50
per box for C.O.D. shipments.

Q:
What about items out of stock?
A: EDI strives to maintain sufficient stock
to meet the needs of our customers. If an item is
out of stock, or if there will be a delay of more
than two days in shipping, we will notify you to
confirm that you still want the product. Often, we
can have an out-of-stock part drop-shipped from our
manufacturer to save time.

Do you have a complete catalog for Powerwash Parts and Accessories?
A: Yes we do. Our catalog is in full color,
with over 80 pages, and is loaded with items you
use everyday. As prices are subject to periodic change
without prior notice, a separate price list accompanies
our catalog. In any case, you should contact us for
current prices, particularly on high value items
such as pumps, motors and the like. Click here to

Q: Do
you have periodic sales on selected items?
A: Yes we do. We will often e-mail or fax
special pricing on selected items if your address
is on file. Click here to be added to our mailing
list.

Are the prices on this web site typical of the prices in your catalog?
A: Yes, and no. EDI offers significant e-commerce
discounts which often exceed our published catalog
prices. You should also re-visit our site periodically
to check out any time sensitive "specials" Click

Q: Can you supply items
not in your online store or full catalog?
A: Yes. With our extensive industry network,
we can often source a hard-to-find product for you.
Note, however, that returns of all such products
would incur a manufacturers' restocking charge, and
some may not be returnable. Our staff would be pleased
to help you.

Q:
Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. New and unused items may be returned
for full credit, except for freight charges, if returned
within 30 days of purchase. You must pay return freight?
Please call or e-mail your request for an RGA (Returned
Goods Authorization) before returning any product.
Certain specially ordered items may be subject to
a restocking charge. Click

Q:
What about product warranty?
A: EDI will return any apparently defective
item to the original manufacturer for their evaluation.
We will promptly advise of their disposition; this
procedure may take several weeks. We cannot warrant
the suitability of any of our products for your particular
application. Normal product wear and tear is not
warranted.
